The Special Operations Unit at The K Street Group Announces Out of an Abundance of Caution, and at the Request of its Temple Clients, has elevated its community outreach program to assist with their security enhancement plans.
On Thursday, January 2, the United States Military executed a precision air strike to “terminate” a top Iranian commander believed to be plotting “imminent and sinister attacks” on Americans. This Military action has sparked thousands of demonstrators in Tehran and other cities to protest the air strike. Men, women and children have been seen carrying images of their slain commander, many crying and others shaking their fists, shouting “Death to America” and “Revenge, revenge, revenge.”
Aside from the protests, the air-strike has triggered vows of revenge from Iran’s Supreme Leader and other members of Iran’s leadership. Those vows have raised concerns about both physical and electronic attacks by Iran against the US and other targets.
While there appears to be no credible and specific threats directed at any critical infrastructure sites, soft targets or government agencies; out of an abundance of caution, The K Street Group is elevating its community outreach program.
Utilizing its Social Media Intelligence Platform, our intelligence unit will continue to monitor social media chatter and will work closely with our Federal, State and local law enforcement partners to ensure the safety of our clients. In addition, The K Street Group K9 Unit will be conducting random, unscheduled patrols during peak congregation attendance, while at the same time, increasing its visible armed officer presence.
